Technical Information Collected Automatically

Information Collected from Third Parties

Our online environments are not designed to respond to “do not track” signals from browsers.

Do Not Track/Opt-Out of Targeted Advertising
Our services use several common tracking tools. These may include browser cookies, web beacons, flash cookies, and similar technologies. Service providers also use these tools on Our Services. and elsewhere on our behalf. We also share information about your use of our services with our social media, advertising and analytics partners. If our system detects a Global Privacy Control (GPC) opt-out preference signal, our system will generally recognize and honor it. Because there is no standard process to interpret other opt-out preference signals, our system may not recognize them. You may also disable or block cookies and certain other tracking technologies through certain software and browsers. If you block or reject all cookies through your browser some of the functionality of the services may not work properly.

Vendors and Suppliers – We have relationships with different vendors and suppliers who help us design and maintain our online environments, systems, and computer security, respond to consumer inquiries, email payment reminders, analyze our data, create special promotions, and engage in other information uses described in this Privacy Policy. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party sites or services.
Social Media Plugins – Our online environments may use social media plugins (for example, the Facebook "Like" button or "Share to X" button) to enable you to easily share information with others. When you visit our online environments, the operator of the social plugin can place a cookie on your device, enabling that operator to recognize individuals who have previously visited our online environments. If you are logged into the social media website (for example, Facebook, X, Google+) while browsing on our online environments, the social plugins allow that social media website to receive information about your visits to our online environments. The social plugins also may allow the social media website to share information about your activities on our online environments with other users of their social media website. If you are a California resident, you have a right to opt-out from the “sale” or “sharing” (as those terms are defined under the CCPA) of your personal information with third parties. To exercise this right, you may modify your Cookie Preferences. We do not knowingly “sell” or “share” the personal information of minors under 16 years old.
Retention of your Personal Information
Tension will retain your personal information only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use your personal information to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.
We will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of our service, or we are legally obligated to retain this data for longer time periods.
Security of your Personal Information
The security of your personal data is important to us, but no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
